Saving Water in Existing Buildings

Calling all Property Managers / Owners, Industry Leaders and General Public to join in attending the 8th anniversary of the California Water Conservation Showcase ion San Francisco on March 22nd. This event brings experts, exhibitors, and interested community members together to discuss the latest in water conservation. The 2011 Showcase will focus on water conservation in existing buildings. We are expecting up to 1,000 people from the Bay Area and beyond.

• Explore cutting edge water-conserving technology and strategies through expert-led presentations and exhibits.
• Learn about the financial incentives and rebates available in your area from Bay Area water districts.
• Engage in cross-industry dialogue with government agencies, private and non-profit organizations, and consumers.

Since 2004, the Water Conservation Showcase has included over 80 presentations by water experts from the Bay Area and nationwide. Presentations over the Showcase’s 6-year history have addressed almost every water conservation topic, from innovative water treatment techniques to infrastructure development. Additional topics have included California's water history, water reuse solutions, water quality, and water rights.

The Annual Water Conservation Showcase benefits USGBC-NCC, one of USGBC's largest Chapters, home to 6% of world-wide LEED registered projects.
